I left my house at 5 am early in the morning. It was winter and the weather was really cold.
I arrived at Mary Knoll around 2 pm and and I waited for a Sister to guide me to my room which Sister Anastasia had already reserved for me a long time. After I dropped off all my belongings we went to the cafetaria for lunch. The bedrom was so beautiful, sort of like a 5 star hotel.
Cafeteria was really nice and there I met father Lucas who came early from Chicago and was also waiting for Sister Anastasia because she was to rehearse for the night mass.
In this event, also present was Mr. Irwan who belongs in Ketua KKI-DC and also his wife, Mrs. Karmi and others friends such as Mrs. Betty and Mr. Ho.

The night came and after we finished the nightly mass, we gathered together in one empty room and talked until midnight.
The next day, we woke-up early in the morning to get breaskfast and walked a little around the Gallery Mary Knoll, where we saw the beautiful gifts from around the country which were brought by the missioners who came back home to Mary Knoll.
Here is a picture of Mother Mary Joseph:
I stood in front of this picture and thought how wonderful it was for God to lead her mission all over the country. Indeed, I want to become a Lay Minister just like her.
Then, we had a big mass in celebration of Vow and Mission Sending for Minister and Lay Minister. I couldn't hold my tears, because one day I wish to become a Lay Minister too.
After the celebration was done, we had a little trip to the cemetry where the foundress of Mary Knoll was buried and also the Missionaries who died in their duty or retired and lived in Mary Knoll.
We ended the trip eating lunch with Father Lucas and Sister Anastasia.
